So I`ll answer to focus about education course of Korean, Season Vacation of Korean now.
***KOREAN EDUCATION***
In Korea, There are elenmentary school, middle school, high school, college, university
Elementary school has course of 6 years
Middle school has courses of 3 years
High shool has courses of 4 years
University has courses of 4 years(*College courses of 2 years or 3 years)
Spring Vacation(*University(college) doesn`t have)
This is preparation time for graduation seremony or enter ceremony.
Elenmentary, Middle school, High school
Third weeks of February~March. 2(start time of all course)
*Term of Korean(all school of korean is same)
1st term is from March
2rd term is from September.
Summer Vacation
Elenmentary, Middle school, High school
Second weeks of July~Third weeks of August(it reduced vacation as about 2 weeks than the past of about 10 years ago)
*That is because saturday course has one of 2 weeks some years ago, recently, they have only 5 days of a week.
In the past of about 10 years ago, it had 6 days of a week, until Saturday.
University(College)
Third weeks of June ~ last weeks of August or first week of September
Winter Vacation
Elenmentary, Middle school, High school
Third weeks of December~Third weeks of January or last weeks of January
(This reduced than the past like Summer Vacation)
University(College)
First week of Second weeks of December~March. 2
